Hotel Terms & Conditions
1. Room may not guarantee for early check in unless pre-reserved and subject to room availability and charges may be applied
2. Children, less than 5 years will not be charged for any service and more than 5 years considered as adult and would be chargeable for breakfast and other services.
3. Extra Guest & Mattress charge is BDT 1000/- per night ,per person with complimentary breakfast.
4. Guests are requested to present their valid photo identification (such as Passport, Original Driving License, or National ID Card, etc.) during CHECK-IN.
5. Valid Passport & Visa is mandatory for Foreigners to be presented at Reception Desk during CHECK-IN.
6. Out-side Food, Pets, Alcohol/Hard Drinks & firearms are not allowed on our premises.
